How It Works

1. Book & attend your trek
Simply book your adventure and join us on the hills.

2. We email your reward
After your trek has taken place, you’ll receive a 10% voucher for your next booking.

3. Use your voucher
Your reward is valid for 30 days and can be used towards your next trek.

4. Trek again – and repeat
Each time you attend a trek, you’ll receive a new 10% voucher.

There’s nothing to sign up for – it’s all automatic.

Loyalty Scheme FAQs

Do I need to sign up?

No – there’s no need to register or opt in. The Loyalty Scheme is completely automatic.

Each time you attend a trek with us, you’ll receive an email with your 10% voucher for your next adventure. There’s nothing extra you need to do.

When will I receive my 10% voucher?

Your voucher will be sent to you after you’ve attended your trek.

We issue rewards once your adventure has taken place, so your voucher will arrive shortly afterwards by email.

How long is my voucher valid for?

Your 10% voucher is valid for 30 days from the date it’s issued.

It can be used towards your next trek booking within that time.

Can I use my voucher to buy a gift voucher?

Yes, you can.

If you’d prefer a little more flexibility, you can use your 10% reward to purchase one of our gift vouchers within the 30-day validity period. This allows you to secure the saving now and choose your trek date later.

Please note that from time to time we may run special promotions on our gift vouchers. In those cases, your 10% Loyalty voucher can’t be used in conjunction with another voucher promotion.

Does the scheme apply to treks I attended in the past?

The Loyalty Scheme applies to treks attended from March 2026 onwards.

If you’ve already got a future trek booked in, don’t worry — once you’ve attended, you’ll receive your reward.

Do the rewards continue each time I trek?

Yes.

Each time you attend a trek with us, you’ll receive a new 10% voucher for your next adventure.

So once you’ve trekked with us, you’ll continue receiving rewards after every adventure you attend — it’s our way of thanking returning adventurers.
