An adult ticket costs £25.

A child ticket (age 11-16 years) costs £20

An adult and young child ticket (age 3-10 years) costs £30

All children under 10 years must be supervised 1:1.  Babies and toddlers in a carrier or backpack can attend free of charge.

What if I need to amend or cancel my booking?

Not to worry! We will amend your booking,  however, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice and then we can reschedule your alpaca trek for another time, within 6 months of your original booking. Please note that we will only reschedule once at your request.

Please call us on 07880 712756 or email [email protected] with your booking details and one of our team will you help you out.

Please note we do not usually issue refunds unless we have to cancel the trek due to adverse weather conditions.

How do we find you?

The postcode to our farm covers a number of surrounding dwellings so please don’t rely on your  Sat Nav to find us!. Please follow these directions instead.

What about the weather?

While the Brecon Beacons are beautiful and scenic, the weather can be unpredictable.

The odd shower will not stop us from getting out but if the weather is particularly bad we will ring you and reschedule your alpaca trek. A 90-minute walk in wind and rain isn’t fun, even with an alpaca by your side!

Due the outdoor nature of our activities, weather does affect us and cancellations are at our discretion. We want you to have an amazing and safe time with us. If we need to cancel the trek, we will offer to reschedule it to a time that suits you or offer a refund.

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, but dogs are not allowed!

Alpacas get quite unnerved by dogs, so it wouldn’t be fair to them if a dog joined them on the trek. We want our alpacas to be happy and comfortable to ensure the best possible experience!

Can I share an alpaca with a friend or family member to save money on tickets?

We operate a strict policy of one alpaca per ticket holder. Exceptions can sometimes be made for young children or individuals with learning difficulties who require support. If you think this will be necessary, please call 07880 712756 or email [email protected] to check with our team before booking.

How many alpacas take part in the trek?

Up to 30 alpacas may join us on our trek. Seeing such a large group of alpacas happily trotting through the countryside together is one of the best things about the experience!

When should I arrive?

Visitors must arrive between 10.45 and 11.00 for a morning trek and 13.45 and 14.00 for an afternoon trek.

For safety reasons, please do not arrive before this as farm machinery will be operating and access to our farmyard for parking will not be available.

On arrival, please keep to the designated parking area and alpaca barn.

It is important that trekking groups keep together. If you arrive late, you will miss the trek.

Can I bring a buggy or a wheelchair?

The terrain is generally uneven and therefore unsuitable for buggies and wheelchairs.

Can I make a group booking for a team building event?

Absolutely! A private alpaca trek for six people costs £240 inc VAT. If your group includes more than six people, simply pay the standard price for any additional tickets.

To enquire about making a private group booking, email [email protected].

How long is a voucher valid for?

Our e-vouchers are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.

What shall I wear?

The clue is in the name! Please wear sturdy footwear, preferably boots with good grip, even in the summer months.  It can be colder here on the hills than lower down so please wear layers and waterproofs, hats and gloves if necessary.
